Plymouth Man Arrested, After Reportedly Refusing to Leave Gas Station, Resisting Police Officer

An alleged battery on a police officer led to the arrest of a Plymouth man Monday afternoon. Justin Kale Montez, 27, reportedly refused to leave the BP gas station at 423 North Michigan Street.

Employees contacted Plymouth Police. The responding officer says he spoke with Montez, but he still wouldn’t leave.

The officer then reportedly tried to take Montez into custody for criminal trespass, and he resisted. Montez was eventually taken to the Marshall County Jail.
