

A Saturday night traffic stop for speeding on U.S. 30 at Iris Road in Plymouth led to the arrests of two men on drug charges.
A patrolman with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a 2006 Ford pickup driving by 34-year-old Florencio Gonzalez-Prieto of Albuquerque, N.M. at 10 p.m. for reportedly driving 89 in a posted 60 mile-per-hour speed zone.
The incident report indicates Gonzalez-Prieto was under the influence of alcohol, marijuana and cocaine. A passenger, 45-year-old Ricardo Rangel Munoz of South Bend was in possession of cocaine.
Both men were taken to the Marshall County Jail, where additional cocaine was reportedly found in Munoz’s wallet.
