Three people were arrested on drug charges after police executed a search warrant at a Plymouth apartment Saturday. Officers with the Marshall County and Plymouth police departments and Marshall County Drug Task Force executed the warrant at 700 West Garro Street at around 9:21 a.m.
Elysia Bailey was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. Anthony Banks faces charges of HTV-life, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of a syringe. Steven Richie is accused of visiting a common nuisance.
