Formal charges are pending against a Plymouth man who is accused of leading a Marshall County officer on a chase through two counties.
The incident report indicates Officer Les McFarland tried to stop a 1996 Ford pickup truck near 10B and West County Line Roads Sunday evening.
The driver, 47-year-old Brian K. White of Plymouth, fled into Starke County and back into Marshall County before stopping in the 19,000 block of 9th Road. He was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement by means of a vehicle and reckless driving.
