U.S. 31 Traffic Stop Leads to Two Meth Arrests

A Wednesday night traffic stop by a Marshall County Police Department resulted in the arrests of two people on methamphetamine charges.

It happened on U.S. 31 near 14C Road around 10:20 p.m., according to the incident report. The officer determined the driver, 23-year-old Lakin Hall of Dayton was impaired.

The passenger, 50-year-old Billy Ray Collins of Rome City was reportedly in possession of methamphetamine. Both were lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
