A convicted sex offender faces new charges in Marshall County. Officials with the Sheriff’s Department and Bourbon Police learned 34-year-old Timothy Brooks had been living in Bourbon and had not updated his sex offender registry information.
He was arrested Monday evening at a home in the 200 block of West Jackson Street in Bourbon for failure to register as a sex offender.
