An early morning call to the Plymouth McDonald’s on New Year’s eve resulted in one person being tased and two people going to jail.
Marshall County Police responded to the restaurant at 3:19 a.m. for a report of a possibly impaired driver. They reportedly found a 2005 Nissan and noted the driver, 35-year-old Jason Leonard Worley of Lowell, resisted them. A taser was deployed, and Worley was arrested.
Both Worley and his passenger, 27-year-old Courtney Michelle White of Elkhart, were in possession of methamphetamine pipes with residue, according to the incident report. She was also arrested.
