A 21-year-old Culver man faces sexual misconduct with a minor charges following his Friday afternoon arrest at a home in Plymouth.
A deputy from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to an unwanted guest complaint at a home on Yorkshire Drive at 1 p.m. Friday, according to the incident report. During the investigation, it was believed 21-year-old Dylan J. Campbell of Culver was having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl at the residence.
Campbell was arrested on a preliminary charge of sexual misconduct with a minor, and a case report was sent to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
