A portion of State Road 331 in Marshall County will be closed for the next week or so to accommodate railroad crossing repairs. Starting today the road will be shut down between U.S. 6 and State Road 106 in Bremen so CSX Railroad Company can replace and repair the crossing surface.
State road detours must be along state-maintained highways. Southbound drivers will be detoured west on U.S. 6, east on State Road 106 and back to State Road 331. Drivers traveling west on State Road 331 will be detoured west on State Road 106, east on U.S. 6 and back to State Road 331.
Work is scheduled to wrap up on Tuesday, Nov. 8, weather permitting.
