If you have business to conduct with a governmental agency, plan to do it today (Wednesday) or wait until next week. Federal, state and local government offices are closed on Thanksgiving, and many are taking the following day off as well to give their employees a long weekend.
Mail will not be delivered Thursday, but regular service will pick back up on Friday. Indiana BMV branches will resume regularly-scheduled hours on Saturday.
