A Plymouth woman who was wanted on a warrant for violating probation faces additional charges following her arrest Monday at Walmart. Plymouth Police responded to the store Monday morning after a wanted suspect, 22-year-old Kaila Mishael Tapia, was seen there. She gave the responding officer a false name, according to the incident report, and started resisting arrest.
A search after she was in custody turned up drug paraphernalia that reportedly tested positive for methamphetamine. Tapia was booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of possession of meth and paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
