A Bourbon man is facing real charges for allegedly manufacturing something fake.
According to an incident report released by the Bourbon Police Department, a warrant was executed in the 100 block of East Sunset Street just before 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. 44-year-old Clint Beldon of Bourbon was arrested at the residence on counterfeiting charges. That’s a Level 6 Felony.
Beldon was transported to the Marshall County Jail by Bremen Police, who had previously arrested another individual involved in the alleged counterfeiting activity.
Bourbon Police did not elaborate on the nature of the counterfeiting that led to the arrest. Bond was set at $1,500.
