Plymouth police arrested a local 19-year-old on Saturday after receiving a tip about possible criminal activity from the boy’s mother.
Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of North Michigan Street when the mother called police requesting assistance with her son around 4:30 p.m. that afternoon.
Investigators note that the woman had grown suspicious that her son had begun using and dealing cannabis. Officers stood in the room while the woman searched her son’s belongings.
According to Plymouth Police, more than a pound of marijuana, scales, and drug paraphernalia were allegedly located.
19-year-old Osman Solis-Solis was taken into custody by officers and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He is facing charges of Dealing Marijuana in the case.
