A pair of South Bend men are jailed on drug charges in Marshall County following an early morning traffic stop on U.S. 31 near U.S. 30. A Marshall County Police Officer pulled over the car driven by 30-year-old Frank Gonzales around 12:30 a.m., according to the incident report. During the investigation he determined Gonzales was impaired, took him for a certified test and arrested him for possession of cocaine less than 10 grams, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance and false informing.
His passenger, 30-year-old Joshua Johnson of South Bend, was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
