An Ohio woman was arrested in Plymouth on Sunday after residents reported someone behaving suspiciously in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Plymouth Police responded to the 2500 block of North Michigan Street around 7:40 p.m. due to what was described by callers as possible drug activity. Once on scene, officers located the car that 36-year-old Jennifer Collins was in.
She was in the passenger seat and, according to police, allegedly trying to use heroin when investigators arrived on scene.
Collins was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She is facing charges of Possession of Heroin and Unlawful Possession of a Syringe. Bond for Collins was set at $4,500.
