Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Applications Now Available

Marshall County Community FoundationHigh school seniors in Marshall County have the chance to have their college education paid for. Applications for the 2017 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship are now available.

It provides four years of full tuition to an accredited Indiana college or university. The goal of the scholarship program is to help more Hoosiers get a college education. The state has one of the lowest percentages of residents over the age of 25 with a bachelor’s degree. According to the Marshall County Community Foundation, 35 Marshall County residents have benefited from the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship, since the program began in 1998.

Scholarship applications are available at MarshallCountyCF.org. They’re due by Tuesday, September 6.
