A Bremen woman is facing multiple charges following a Friday night incident in Plymouth.
Marshall County authorities were called to the 100 block of King Road near 5B Road around 10:50 p.m. after receiving a report of a single vehicle accident. The driver of the car, 30-year-old Heather Vandusen was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Vandusen was transported to the Marshall County Jail following an evaluation, but authorities say it was not without a struggle.
She is being charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating a Vehicle with a BAC greater that .15%, Resisting Law Enforcement, Battery on Law Enforcement Resulting in Injury, and Disorderly Conduct.
Marshall County Police are not disclosing the nature of the injuries the officer suffered at this time.
