A Valparaiso man faces strangulation charges following an incident last night in the Lake Latonka area. Marshall County Police responded to a home in the 12200 block of Choctaw Island Trail in Culver around 9:30 p.m., according to the incident report.
They arrested 56-year-old David Ashley Chandler on charges of strangulation and intimidation with a deadly weapon.
