The Bremen man accused of killing his 15-year-old neighbor in December of 2014 was sentenced this week to 65 years in prison. Fabian Rubio confessed last month to raping and murdering Desi Jones, dumping her body about a mile from home and setting it on fire. A man walking his dog found Jones’ body on Dec. 19th. In exchange for the maximum 65 year sentence, charges of abuse of a corpse and sexual misconduct with a minor were dropped.
