Emergency 911 service has been restored in Marshall County. A cut to a fiber optic line belonging to Rochester Telephone Company yesterday resulted in an outage, according to officials with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. Local calls were routed to Kosciusko County, where dispatchers were able to communicate with emergency responders in Marshall County.
