The Town of Culver is looking for volunteers to serve on a few boards and commissions.
Specifically, the community’s Tree and Plan Commissioners are in need of individuals serving on the boards. Some committee’s operating under the Town government require certain political party affiliations for the sake of balance.
The Culver Tree Commission works to manage the town’s urban forest, but also to preserve trees of an historic nature and beautify the community. Further, they look to promote knowledge about the aesthetics and science of trees planted in Culver.
The Culver Plan Commission works to understand development projects, zoning changes, and oversight of the Town’s zoning ordinances.
