A Bremen man police say caused a Sunday evening injury accident faces criminal charges in connection with the wreck.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a four-wheeler crash in the area of Fir and 6th Roads around 7:30 p.m., according to the incident report.
Investigators say a maroon truck caused the wreck by forcing the four-wheeler off the roadway. The ATV driver was ejected, and the truck reportedly fled the area.
The ATV rider, whose name was not provided, was treated at Bremen Hospital.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies determined the truck was driven by 50-year-old Tracy A. Balsley of Bremen, who was subsequently arrested on preliminary charges of failure to stop after an accident resulting in bodily injury.
