A Grand Rapids, Mich., man faces criminal charges in Marshall County following an incident last night in Plymouth. City police officers responded to a report of a theft in the 2500 block of North Oak Drive around 5:45 p.m., according to the incident report. They identified 34-year-old Nathan John Dymond as a suspect, but he managed to get away.

Dymond was found walking near Aldi’s around 8:20 p.m. He was chased into the restroom at the Bob Evan’s restaurant on the other side of U.S. 30 and arrested without incident on theft and resisting arrest charges.
