A Winona Lake man faces numerous drug charges following a Wednesday night traffic stop. An officer with the Marshall County Police Department stopped a car driven by 39-year-old Paul Edward Adams on State Road 331 near 5th Road, according to the incident report.
Adams was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated controlled substance and possession of heroin.
