A Plymouth man faces drug charges after he reportedly passed out in his car with the motor running at a busy intersection Thursday morning. Plymouth Police and EMS responded to the U.S. 30 exit ramp to State Road 17 just before 7 a.m.
The incident report indicates the car was in gear, and 22-year-old Jonathan M. Mizer was in the driver’s seat. The responding officer managed to wake him up, and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Officers reportedly found a powdery substance and syringes in the car. Mizer was taken from the hospital to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for possession of a controlled substance and operating while intoxicated controlled substance.
