A Plymouth man faces numerous charges after reportedly threatening his neighbor with a hammer and falsely reporting a meth lab in the presence of children. Plymouth Police responded to an apartment in the 800 block of Broadway around 10:30 p.m. Monday and tried unsuccessfully to speak to 45-year-old Michael Flagg. The incident report indicates he refused to answer his door and instead opted to yell obscenities at the officers. They came back with a warrant and say Flagg still refused to open the door. The officers broke it down and took him to jail.. He faces intimidation with a deadly weapon, false reporting, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana charges.
