A Plymouth man faces a battery with bodily injury charge following a Monday night incident at a local motel.
The Plymouth Police Department responded to the Red Rock Inn on north Michigan Street shortly before 9 p.m. for a report of a battery complaint involving a hammer. They arrested 44-year-old Jose Lopez Rodriguez.
