A Thursday afternoon traffic stop on U.S. 30 near King Road for erratic driving ended with a trip to jail for a South Bend man.
The driver, 37-year-old Joshua Leon Wyatt, did not have a valid license. Officers from the Marshall County Police Department also found drugs, including methamphetamine, inside the car, according to the incident report. Wyatt was taken to the hospital for a certified chemical test before being booked into the Marshall County Jail. Formal charges are pending.
