A Monday night investigation into suspected illegal narcotics activity by members of the CLEAN Team resulted in the arrest of a rural Rochester man at his home. Donald Creviston faces felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a drug lab, two counts of neglect of a dependent and maintaining a common nuisance.
Officers from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and CLEAN Team reportedly saw and smelled indicators that illegal drug manufacturing was taking place at the home in the 7000 block of West Olson Road. A subsequent search turned up an active one-post meth lab, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana, according to an Indiana State Police news release.
Crevinson’s seven and 12-year-old daughters were at the home during the search and arrest of their father. They were released into the care of the Fulton County Division of the Indiana Department of Child Services before being turned over to their mother.
The CLEAN Team is a task force with 11 law enforcement entities that have dedicated resources to fight narcotics in Fulton and Miami Counties. CLEAN stands for Combined Law Enforcement Against Narcotics. The main focus of the task force is narcotics enforcement with an emphasis on methamphetamine related crimes.
