The Culver Town Council will continue discussions on a few zoning changes for the local CVS Pharmacy.
The company that owns the location has requested of the Town to make an alley behind the location a one-way. That would create the possibility of a drive-thru window for prescription pick-ups.
In addition, the company requested an easement be granted for a neighboring parking lot to place their trash bin on the land and, in exchange, would manage snow in the parking lot. Questions were raised about the parking lots’ use and exactly why an easement needs to be granted when the company could move their trash bin to the back of the store.
The Culver Town Council will also be taking their water shut-off policy to first reading to ensure their actions are able to be held-up in court.
Tonight’s meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. at Culver Town Hall.
