A Walkerton man faces multiple charges following a Saturday night traffic stop by a Marshall County Police Department patrol officer. He stopped a car driven by 36-year-old Camilo Villa that was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of U.S. 30 near Michigan Road.
He was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person less than 18 years old, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC of more than .15 percent and reckless driving. Police say three children in the car with Villa were released to their mother’s care.
