A woman from Honduras who was working in Plymouth faces felony charges in Marshall County stemming from her alleged use of a Pennsylvania woman’s identity.
The victim contacted the Plymouth Police Department on Wednesday, according to a news release. She had applied for assistance with her utility bill and was told someone was using her name and other identifying information for employment at a business in Plymouth, Ind.
A Plymouth Police Department investigation found that the suspect had given counterfeit documents to her employer on Jan. 18, 2016 and had forged a signature. The suspect, Lilian Morales of Honduras, was located at a residence in the 400 block of Alexander Street in Plymouth and arrested.
