A Bourbon woman was sentenced this week in Marshall Superior Court to 20 years in prison for dealing in methamphetamine after pleading guilty in two separate cases. Court documents indicate 46-year-old Angela Cunningham was on probation for methamphetamine-related charged when she was arrested in December of 2014. She was either asleep or passed out in the parking lot of a Bremen gas station. The store manager saw her and called the police.
The responding officer’s report indicates Cunningham had 11.4 grams of meth in her possession and admitted to smoking some before he arrived. Lesser charges against Cunningham were dismissed in exchange for her guilty plea.
