The Marshall County Commissioners will pick-up where they left off on improving the county’s roadways.
During their meeting this morning, the Commissioners will receive a report from the County Highway Department. At their previous meeting, the commissioners approved a five-year road plan. The work is already being implemented in the form of a two-year plan, but the work is being extended as part of a more comprehensive effort.
The Commissioners approved the work contingent upon finding funding for the work. During the presentation, the board may pick the issue back-up.
The Marshall-Starke Development Center will also provide its annual report. The organization provides rehabilitation services for developmentally disabled adults.
This morning’s meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. EST at the Marshall County Building.
