The driver of a car involved in a single-vehicle crash last Friday afternoon in Culver was under the influence of drugs, according to police.
A patrolman from the Marshall County Police Department responded to the wreck on State Road 8 near Upas Road at 3:45 p.m. His report indicates the driver, 43-year-old Kendra Walters of Ora, was intoxicated on an unspecified controlled substance.
She faces charges of operating a vehicle with a controlled substance, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering and driving while suspended prior.
