Investigators with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department have arrested a third suspect in the Dec. 26th theft of power tools and other items from the Plymouth Lowe’s store. Employees there called 911 following the incident and advised the suspects left in a white Ford SUV.

Sheriff’s deputies found the vehicle near the U.S. 31 and 6th Road overpass a short time later and made two arrests. The third person fled on foot. Yesterday investigators tracked down the registered owner of the vehicle and arrested him on charges relating to fleeing. He’s identified as 22-year-old Parnell Fitzgerald Powell of Benton Harbor, Mich.

His passengers, 25-year-old Dedrick M. Cookbey and 26-year-old Lineson F. Powell, Jr., face theft charges in connection with the incident.
