A committee of stakeholders will review the two proposals for repairs to the Yellow River bank and decide how to proceed.
The City of Plymouth received a $50,000 DNR Lake and River Enhancement Grant to cover a portion of the cost. Flatland Resources of Muncie and Walkerton-based Cardno submitted proposals for the project. City attorney Sean Surrisi told the board of works Monday night the project oversight will fall to the park board. The DNR will also have a say in who is hired to do the work since they are providing a portion of the money.
