Students at Plymouth High School could soon be spelling their way to a state title.
A group of students qualified for the Indiana Association of School Principals’ “Spell Bowl” Finals after a competition on Monday night. More than 170 High Schools participated from around the Hoosier State.
This is the 30th annual spelling competition hosted by the organization and consisted of more than 2-thousand participants. Competitions consist of multiple rounds with the correct spelling of multiple words required each round.
Plymouth will be squaring off against other schools on November 14th in West Lafayette. The competition will be held on Purdue University’s campus.
