A Kenosha, Wis. woman is in trouble in Marshall County after a Friday night traffic stop.
A patrolman from the Marshall County Police Department pulled over a 1998 Chevrolet driven by 43-year-old Mary E. Williams on U.S. 31 south of 11th Road. The police report indicates she was operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license and was in possession of marijuana and a Schedule III and IV controlled substance.
