South Bend-based 1st Source Bank is being recognized for its customer experience. Retail banking research firm MSR Group says the bank has the best branches in the Midwest.
The recognition comes as part of the firm’s Best in Retail Banking Awards. Each year, MSR Group interviews more than 5,000 bank customers to examine the top 50 banks in the country.
