An Elkhart man faces multiple charges in Marshall County after a Plymouth Police officer reportedly spotted him driving recklessly on west LaPorte Street just after 11 last night.
The arrest report indicates 20-year-old Daniel R. Matthews continued to speed and ran the stop sign at LaPorte and Walnut Streets. He pulled Matthews’ car over behind the railroad depot on LaPorte Street . Matthews was also arrested for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance without a prescription and reckless driver. A passenger, 20-year-old Dino Pisello, was arrested on a minor consumption charge.
