Plymouth Schools Consider Bond Resolution for Facility Upgrades

The Plymouth School Board will consider a preliminary bond resolution when they meet tonight.

Board members approved project details for upgrades to the school corporation’s administration building, but also bleacher seating at the high school football stadium. Part of the project includes updates to ticket offices, bathrooms and additional extensions.

In order to finance the upgrades, however, the school board will consider the resolution that will be a step in the issuance of $1.6-million in General Obligation Bonds. The project would likely start construction sometime in 2016.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 7:00 EDT at the Plymouth Schools Administration Building.
