The Plymouth Common Council will conduct a pre-adoption hearing for the 2016 budget when they meet this evening. Their session will begin at 6:30 or immediately following the conclusion of the city board of works meeting, which starts at 6 p.m.
The council will also consider on first reading an ordinance for appropriations and a tax rate for 2016. Their agenda also includes consideration of an amendment to city code regarding parking penalties on second and third reading.
The board of works will award bids for 2015 street and sidewalk projects and open bids for downtown brick pavers and a demolition project this evening.
