Authorities in Marshall County are investigating the early morning death of a week-old boy. Dispatchers got a 911 call at 4:17 a.m. regarding a baby who was not breathing.
Marshall County Police, Plymouth Fire and EMS were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Michigan Road in Plymouth. The infant was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and Marshall County Coroner’s Office are investigating.
