Comments offered during Monday’s City of Plymouth pre-budget adoption hearing were all favorable. Councilman Wayne Smith praised the efforts of department heads and the clerk-treasurer to hold the line and keep taxes down. Councilman Mike Delp agreed, and one member of the audience echoed the sentiment. The council will formally adopt the proposed $12.5 million budget at their Sept. 28th meeting.
