The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed the passing of Sheriff Tom Chamberlin.
According to information released by the department, Chamberlin had been fighting an extensive battle with cancer. He passed away at his residence just after 9:30 p.m. on Friday evening.
The privacy of the family is being requested during the grieving process.
A public visitation will take place Wednesday, September 2nd from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home.
Open services will take place Thursday, September 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at Plymouth Wesleyan Church. A funeral procession will also take place Thursday morning at 9:15 a.m. and will travel through downtown Plymouth.
