Officers Arrest Plymouth Man After Shots Fired

A Plymouth man found out the hard way that guns and alcohol don’t mix. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputies responded Saturday around noon to a report of a suspicious man in the area of Upas and 10B Roads who was reportedly drinking, shooting road signs with a gun and doing burn outs with his truck.

They found Mark Milliser of Plymouth, according to a news release, and discovered he had been driving while intoxicated and had fired a rifle across a public roadway at a road sign. Milliser was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and criminal recklessness with a firearm.
