Flooding is possible across the area today as more showers and thunderstorms move through. The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch through late tonight.
The first round of storms will move through this morning, with a second round possible this evening into the early overnight hours. Rainfall totals of between 1 and 2 inches are expected, with isolated amounts in excess of 3 inches possible.
A flash flood watch means conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. Be prepared to take action should flash flood warnings be issued.
