Due to the increase in campground operating costs, the Department of Natural Resources Division of Fish and Wildlife must raise their campground fees. The increase in fees will allow operations and maintenance to continue at Glendale, J.E. Roush Lake, and Willow Slough Fish & Wildlife Areas.
Campers would be charged varying prices depending on the accommodations they require. There are three different categories: electric, non-electric and primitive. Prices also vary depending on the time of year.
The Glendale summer price for an “electric site” is $23 and the winter charge is $15. For a “non-electric site” at Glendale it would cost $16 in the summer and $10 in the winter. Glendale does not offer a primitive site.
J.E Roush Lake charges $15 for both summer and winter stays in their “electric-sites”. They do not offer a “non-electric” site but the cost for a summer stay in their “primitive site” is $12 and a winter stay costs $10.
Willow Slough campground does not offer “electric sites.” They do, however, have “non-electric” and “primitive sites” for summer stays starting at $12 and winter stays costing $10.
