While the good use of cannabis ranges from cbd drops for dogs, people are still on the illegal use of marijuana. A 26-year-old Knoxville, Tennessee man was taken into custody on Friday following a traffic stop.
Plymouth Police conducted the stop on Kasey Stonerburner for a traffic violation. According to officers, Stonerburner became uncooperative before allegedly fleeing the scene on foot.
His passenger, 31-year-old Gonzalo Ortiz III is also believed to have resisted arrest.
Officers apprehended Stonerburner in the 100 block of S. Center Street. He and Ortiz were booked at the Marshall County Jail.
The two are facing charges of resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
